Waypoint was founded upon a concept that we call, “Good Business.”
It is based upon a core belief that each one of us, every person, every organization, has a unique and profound ability to create opportunity, to empower others, to eliminate suffering, to promote compassion and to foster understanding.
As part of this effort, Waypoint is committed to partnering with innovative companies, non-governmental organizations and individuals who are actively engaged in promoting opportunity and seeking to better the lives of others.
Community Outreach: A History of Giving Back
In spite of our modest size, we are proud that our employees provide an average of 1,500 hours per year in the direct service of our community.
This means that each month, Waypoint employees volunteer more than 120 hours of direct, hands-on support to community members in need.
Our people won’t stop the scourge of HIV/Aids in Sub-Saharan Africa. We won’t stop malaria or dengue fever or build schools in developing nations.
We won’t change the world. But what we can do is to facilitate the work of those who will.”
